Check-in complications need addressing!!! Lifespan of the lifts must be improved!!! Cold room conditions should definitely be sorted for comfort!!!

The room was nice and spacious, with a comfy bed which was a big plus. the bathroom lacked some basic essentials, and the chair was very worn out. The location added a nice touch, but I wish the decor felt a bit fresher overall. It was a decent stay, just some room improvements needed.

We had a great time at the village! the staff were friendly and helpful. the gym facilities were top-notch and i loved the heated swimming pool. plus, it was super close to a lively bar for catching football with friends.

We had a fun time at this hotel, especially with the heated swimming pool that my son loved. The dining options were good, with a nice variety of meals on the menu. the noise from outside, especially on Friday night, disrupted our sleep. A little consideration for quiet hours would go a long way.

The pool area is relaxing with both a sauna and a jacuzzi. The gym is well-equipped and ideal for a good workout. Having a Starbucks right downstairs made our mornings more enjoyable.
